Personalised Nurse note book – customised with hair, skin tone, and name.

This A5 or A4 notebook is made of 60 sheets (120 pages) A5 100gsm recycled paper, which are blank, lined of a combination of lined and plain.

Available in A4 or A5 sized notebook.

The notebook also has a sheet of hard recycled greyboard for sturdiness, and has translucent front & back covers for protection. All bound together, with white metal binding wire.
