Personalised Nurse note book – customised with hair, skin tone, and name.

This A5 notebook is made of 60 sheets (120 pages) A5 100gsm recycled paper, which are fully lined, and come with either nurse image in both pages, just the one page, or no image (so just lined).

The notebook also has a sheet of hard recycled greyboard for sturdiness, and has plastic-free translucent front & back covers for protection. All bound together, by us, with metal binding wire. 

The notebook is made from 100% recycled paper, which is recyclable, bio-degradable and compostable.

Skin colour – light or dark
Personalised Name.

Wording at the bottom can be changed (eg student nurse notes, midwife journal etc) just add this in the personalised part when ordering.
